Nuclear Fudge for the Holidays
 

My Wife suggested I share this recipe with Y'all.

We just finished a batch. (licking the pyrex now :tongue: )

Very Easy Microwave Chocolate Fudge

1 (12 oz) package Nestles semi-sweet chocolate morsels (chips)
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/4 cup Walnuts (chopped)
1 tsp. vanilla extract

In a large glass measuring cup, combine chocolate and milk,
microwave high for 3 minutes. Stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
Stir in walnuts and vanilla.

Spread evenly into foil-lined 8 inch pan. Chill until firm (about 2 hrs)

Makes 1 1/4 pound fudge.
